2. PRODUCTS
We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colours, dimensions and other information displayed on our website are accurate.
However, colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your device or screen settings. Where product specifications are supplied by manufacturers, minor variations may occur.
All products are subject to availability. If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you and, where appropriate, issue a refund.
3. ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your basket.
You will receive an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of pricing or stock errors, suspected fraud, payment problems or circumstances where we are unable to fulfil the order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, the relevant amount will be refunded.
Your statutory right to cancel an eligible online purchase is not affected by this section.
4. PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices displayed on our website are in euro (€) and include applicable VAT where required.
Delivery charges, where applicable, are clearly displayed before you complete your purchase and are added to the total order price at checkout.
Prices and promotions may change from time to time, but changes will not affect an order that has already been accepted.
Payment must be successfully authorised before an order can be processed.
5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We currently deliver within Ireland according to the delivery options and charges displayed at checkout and in our Shipping Policy.
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under Irish consumer law regarding delivery, loss or damage to goods.

6. RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Consumers purchasing online generally have the right to cancel eligible purchases within 14 days from the day they, or a person nominated by them, receive the goods, subject to the exceptions provided by applicable law.
After notifying us of a cancellation, goods must generally be returned within a further 14 days.
Certain products may be excluded from the statutory cancellation right where permitted by law, including certain sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed, and personalised goods.
Your rights in relation to faulty, damaged or non-conforming goods are separate from the cooling-off right and are protected under applicable Irish consumer law.
